A Trustee, or a Trustee Agent, is that party that receives assets or rights from third parties in order to be administered and to allocate them to fulfill the objectives established in a trust contract. In this way, it maintains in custody and administration those assets and rights, and, at the time a specific contractual condition is met, allocate them.
